Urban Divers Enviromedia Mobile – Memorial Day Weekend Event

“The Urban Divers Estuary Conservation (UDEC) is a not for profit educational and cultural organization committed to public education of coastal resources, such as oceans, marine wildlife, rivers, and the urban estuary. Their goal is to capture the public’s attention about the significance of the surrounding waterways, our urban ecosystems and how as a community we can make a difference to protect the watershed.” Their Enviromedia Mobile does all this on wheels – if you’re around this weekend, head to Canarsie Piers for tours of the mobile museum, demonstrations of catch and release fishing, a live specimen touch tank, a live underwater video exploration station, and more, courtesy of UDEC and the National Park Service.
Saturday, May 29th: 12 – 5PM
